Community Employment
Employment Services
The goal of this program is to
provide job development, on-the-job training, follow-up and support services to assist with
securing and maintaining unsubsidized Community employment.
A staff person will be assigned
to work with individuals in preparing for job placement, applying for jobs and interviewing
with employers. Once the individual is employed, on-the-job training from a BAC staff person
is available if needed. Follow-up services are available for 60 to 180 days depending on referral
sources, requests and individual needs. Long-term follow-up services are available for some
individuals through the Center's supported employment program.
